Museum of Art

The Museum of Art invites visitors to indulge their senses while enjoying varying art styles. It houses a permanent collection and features many traveling exhibits throughout the year. Among its many treasures are works by such American artists as Inness, Chase, Duveneck, Glackens, Lawson, Henri, and Prendergast; a selection of paintings by Northwest artists; a print collection of historic works by European masters Goya, Hogarth, and Daumier; as well as contemporary prints by British and American artists, including Stella, Hockney, Kataj, Motherwell, Rauschenberg, Golub, Warhol, and Hayter.

The Museum of Art is part of the Fine Arts Building, which provides classrooms, galleries, and studio space for students' artistic endeavors, from painting and photography to ceramics and large-scale sculpture.
