The "Wellness Halls."

Streit and Perham Halls were built in 1962 and offer both single and double occupancy. The two halls are connected through a central lobby. They are located across from the gyms, the track, and Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum, and just down the road from the Student Recreation Center. Parking space is readily available nearby.

An in-hall SCS computer lab is available off the lobby. The halls are designated as the Wellness Halls, and feature activities for those interested in maintaining a balanced wellness lifestyle.
