For graduate students

Yakama Village is the newest housing complex, built in the mid-90s for graduate students and students with families.

Units can be rented fully furnished (stove, refrigerator, futon, lounge chair, dresser, and table with chairs) and include wall to wall carpeting in all areas except kitchen and bathroom. There are 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, either flats with the living area all on one floor, or townhouses where the bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. Several ground-floor flats are built especially with wheelchair accessibility in mind.

Yakama Village is the only apartment complex connected to the university Ethernet. Yakama is located on the south side of campus and is a 10 minute walk to the center of campus.
