Quality is found everywhere in the Food Science and Human Nutrition buildings. Visitors can taste it in Cougar Gold cheese and Ferdinand's Ice Cream, and they admire it in the James Entomological Collection. Students find it in the hands-on training they receive in the facilities here. These buildings are also home to the Department of Entomology, the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, and the Western Wheat Quality Laboratory.
